Past due balance?

We have a banner on our dashboard indicating a past due balance.
Our account has been pre-paid since it was open and we have remaining credit showing.
I have reviewed all statements and invoices and unable to work out where this balance is coming from.
Is this a known system issue?

It seems there was a quickly-resolved issue with the Billing system yesterday that may have resulted in some false "past due" banners being displayed.  I'm not seeing the banner in your account, nor are there any billing flags on your account, so you should be good to go. If the banner continues to populate for you, try clearing your browser cache.
