The organization is purchased constant contacts is furloughing me until December. how can I pause my account? or do i need to cancel or repurchase later?

Hi Jennifer. I recommend giving our billing department a call. They can suspend your account for a nominal fee until December. You can also cancel your account if you so choose, however once the account is deactivated there would be no way of accessing it again. We can also submit a callback ticket to Billing with a 1-2 business day turnaround, if you're unable to call in.
