Is anyone getting this message when someone registers with Constant Contact reg form?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I do apologize for the inconvenience, but we are aware of this issue and we are currently working with Paypal to find a solution. In the meantime, please set up a WePay account instead or send an invoice manually through PayPal. Thank you for your patience while we try to get this resolved. 

 

UPDATE: We have addressed the issue on our end and it has been resolved.
