Paying the bill

We do the prepayment plan, got to the page and the instructions say Hit Submit after reviewing. Only options are Exit and Previous at the bottom, and Send Email and View Printable under the Terms and Conditions. How do I pay the prepayment. Hit Exit in frustration and got the My Account button. I need a paid invoice for the Finance GODS.

Though we are unable to go into an account's billing details in the Community, I can see you were able to speak with our Billing Support about this as well. This team has submitted a ticket to the appropriate team for further assistance with the prepayment charges on your account. One of these agents will contact you directly with any further updates. In the meantime, here's an article from our Help Center that goes over how print any previous invoices on file.
