We just signed up a company account with user name: and would like to choose 30,001-35,000 Email PLUS prepay 12 month plan. Problem is, as a company, we don't have corporate credit card or Paybal, the only payment method is bank transfer. We'd like to know how we can proceed with it, can you send us an invoice based on our plan so we can pay by bank transfer?
