Will you please advise why I have been charged $34 just for updating my information? I pay annually and simply wanted to change my email and phone numbers. Many thanks, Mike

It looks like the system calculated the amount from the months already passed, so when you updated your payment method for a 1-year prepayment, it charged that remaining difference. However I'd advise reaching out to our Billing team, so they can provide more specialized insight and assist further.
