Have no idea why it was denied, all the information is as it should be, nothing of the information you have is wrong. Can you re-submit? Has the bank given you any reason?

Unfortunately we're not able to really go into explicit Billing detail for security reasons here in the Community. Based on what you're needing, I'd recommend calling into Billing to see if they're able to get your payment information plugged in, or if they have any insight they can provide regarding your account or payment details. We can get a ticket submitted for you for a callback, but depending on the size of their queue, it could take longer than the normal 1-2 business days.
