I see the accidental payment, and got a refund request submitted to our Billing team. Typically they have a 1-2 business day turnaround on tickets, depending on the size of their case and call queues. However, with a refund request it may take just a bit longer. They'll make sure to reach out to you as soon as they have an update regarding your request.
