Payment stupidity

I provided you with a new credit card to pay the outstanding balance, the amount you said was due.1 cent is apparently still due Now you won't unsuspend my account, and I can't see where I can pay the 1 cent.  You have the right card, so charge the cent or delete it from my bill.  This is your system's fault for charging the wrong amount and for not having the intelligence to ignore a trivial amount.  I meant to get this email out tonight.  but because of your faulty system, I can't.  How much credit will you give me to make up for this faulty programming, and the unnecessary delay your system caused.

Hello @SunilA,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! It does appear that your payment went through and your account is not on a hold from sending. You should be good to send out emails! If you have any problems please give our billing team a call. Thanks!
