Why It shows I was charged for 3 time for $244. And, where can I download invoice. I would need that to submit to our financial department. Thank you.

We can't discuss account specific billing on the Community, so I recommend you call our Billing department for assistance. Their hours and contact numbers can be found here. If you'd like to download your invoice you can find the ability to do so under My Account. Click here for more information.
