Payment

I have repeatedly tried to renew our credit card payment and the system isn't allowing it. The card is valid and good on our end and the available limit is good.

Hello @JohnC79 ,

 

We're sorry to hear you've run into some trouble getting your card information put in. For account security, it'd be best to call into our Billing team to see if they can get your card info entered from their end, or if they're able to get any additional info as far as why it's failing.
