Constant Contact is a subscription service and you are charged monthly based on the active number of contacts in your account. However, if you need to take a break from your email marketing, our suspend program allows you to keep all of your content, reporting, and contact information stored for when you're ready to use it again for a small monthly fee. If you did want to take advantage of this program, please call our Billing team to start the suspension process.
