It looks like you already checked with chat support, who marked the known issue for your account and submitted it to the engineers for further review. If and when they have an update regarding it, they'll notify you directly. 

 

for the sake of visibility, in case any other Community users are looking into this issue, I figured I'd also post about the issue in this thread. The issue appears to be linked to an email with an existing greeting tag being copied, the glitch being that the greeting tag itself isn't properly copied only the text that would've been filled in. The current workaround to this is to delete that greeting tag, and insert a new one. In the editor it should appear with little gray dashes around the (for example) Hello {First Name} , and then show the account owner's name in the preview / test sends. If the little dashes are showing in the editor, or the preview and test sends aren't showing the name of the account owner, then that means the greeting tag isn't live.
