I'm sitting here listening to your repetative, nauseating elevator music, accompanied by occasional "our phone lines are much busier than normal right now...." (I've often wondered how you define "now" since they're always busy) and only after about ten minutes was I informed that the wait time is estimated at "30 minutes." SERIOUSLY? Not acceptable, Constant Contact.

I'm new and looking to speak with someone in support/customer service as soon as possible... does anyone know if constant contact offers any (live) customer support on the weekends?
