Phone / tablet view

We paid the extra fee to have our original email template revised to more phone friendly; yet we still hear from some of our contacts (and we've even seen it ourselves, at times) that the email didn't look good on their phone. Comments ranged from simply "not right" to "looked like a mess".

Can't help but wonder if we wasted our money and should have just left it as it was.

Re: Phone / tablet view

Hello @GeorgeF318,

Even the most mobile responsive template can still have occasional display issues depending on the content.  For example, particularly large text can end up taking up too much space, or being pushed down to other lines.  Images can display too large, or too small, etc.  We'd be happy to help get that fixed, so that you can have the look you're wanting.  If you have some more specific examples of what's wrong, we can certainly take a look for you though.
