At this time, the mobile-compatible email editor can't text wrap images in the center of the text, only in the top-left or right corners of a text block. Our engineers are looking into ways this might be possible with mobile-compatibility, but for the time being if you're wanting an image centered, you'll want to have it as a separate block above or below the text.
