Platform not working

can't save anything...what is up today???

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! We have not received any other reports of this happening today. Can you give me some more information about what is not saving and can you also troubleshoot this by trying a different browser? Thanks!

Platform not working on Chrome or Safari. Can't copy campaigns or perform most click through operations. This is not new.

Are you getting any specific error messages? It looks like everything recently in your account is either sent or scheduled. 

 

Have you checked your network settings, or checked to see if your VPN or any security software is preventing certain aspects of the site from working on your device?
