Thank you for coming to the community.  I'm sorry to inform you that the message you sent was on a public forum, not in an email to us directly.  I've removed your username from that post for account security, but if there's any other identifying information you wish to remove, you can edit that original post as well.

 

Our billing system is automated, and based on the highest total number of contacts on your account during the billing cycle.  Any changes to the number of contacts will automatically affect your bill after the next billing date.
