Please allow me to copy my previous campaign!!

Our store was closed, then open limited hours during Covid.  We did markdowns every month and offer direct web links to product categories.  NOW I CAN'T COPY my old campaign.  Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Creating from scratch will take hours.  Please help!

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! We apologize for any inconvenience caused from this Copy feature not being available on your campaign. The ability to copy Legacy Newsletter templates has been disabled since we are moving forward with our updated editor and are dedicating resources to making this editor the best it can be. Because of this we would recommend recreating your template in our updated editor. This updated editor does have the ability to be copied. 

 

Additionally, we have an article that specifically goes over some of the differences and similarities between the legacy editor and our current one. Feel free to peruse our Knowledge Base for other helpful guides, tutorial videos, tips, and basic troubleshooting assistance regarding the editor.

 

If you'd like some live, one-on-one guidance and screensharing, our friendly phone support staff would be happy to assist you while you make the transition. They can also collect info on what template(s) you'd like to have transposed into the current editor, or get an order written up if you'd like a wholly different, branded template created.

This IS BAD BAD BAD. We have all our campaigns and spent thousands of dollars last year with a marketing company to have them put into constant contact for us and now their no good unless we start over????? They would all have to be copied and pasted into to new template then? This is going to be hours and hours of work for us right before the holiday season rolls out. Constant Contact should've thought better it do this right before the holidays when merchants are already suffering as it is. I'm not sure who these changes were suppose to help???? None of my campaigns will even load to the mobile app now and I hope we can at least access them on the desktop version because now we are going to have to pay someone to move all them over to new templates. This is BAD.

We do appreciate your feedback and will definitely submit this over to our engineering team. Once you have recreated your templates you will then be able to copy again and won't have to recreate every time. Please follow the steps listed above to get a head start. Thanks!
