It is showing up that all recipients have responded both "yes" and "no" to the question posed in the email ad. I am wondering how I can get the true responses
Hi @CaliperCanada. Thank you for reaching out. This is most likely the result of your contacts' various security programs checking links in an email. Since the responses in a poll block are considered links and can be recorded more than once, this shows as two different responses in your reporting. We are unable to remove security click reports at this time.
Seeing that most of these yes/no responses came right after you sent the email, you have the option of disregarding these responses in the reporting and waiting for the contact to select their own option later.
