Trying to add a poll to my non for profit email, but CC is telling me I need to upgrade to $70 a month plan?

We already pay $45/month. Polls are supposed to be included?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I took a look at your account, and it appears you are on our Email plan. You will need to upgrade to our Email Plus plan to receive those extra products. Thank you!
