Does Constant Contact ever send warning emails about their automatic abuse precention system, Omnivore, saying "your account was reviewed and found contact in conflice with our AUP?

I sent the question 8 days ago and no longer have the email after 8 days of waiting and wondering if anyone would ever answer. At this point, the answer is useless and what's even more troubling is that it takes this long to receive support from Constant Contact.
