I'm not able to get my posts to schedule! This has been going on for over a month and I called in last week thinking the problem was fixed. Does anyone know why this might be happening? I get an error message each time I try and schedule my posts on social media.

Is the issue occurring in just Social Share, or is it also occurring for posts made in the Social tab in the navigation bar? Does it seem to be happening in regards to one particular social media page or platform?


It looks like last week's call was submitted to the engineers for further review, so if and when they have an update regarding the issue, they'll make sure to notify you.
