Pre-Made Email Templates

Hello!  I am currently a user and was looking to create a new email using a pre-made template.  I know I've seen them before, but I can't find them from my dashboard.  I was pretty sure these existed at one time.  Am I mistaken?

You can find pre-built templates by clicking the Create button on your account's opening page or Campaigns page.
