Pre-payment Plan

You have billed me twice for the same prepayment plan. You can confirm this by looking at my account. Please refund the second of these payments, as I should not have been billed twice for the same plan. Thank you!

I apologize for any confusion there may be with the charges on your account.  Though we're unable to go into an account's billing details through the Community, this article in our Help Center goes over common reasons why an account can get charged twice in one month. With that said, I can see you were able to connect with our Billing Support directly for further assistance. This agent was able to submit your refund request to the appropriate team
