Preventing Being flagged as spam

It’s incredible that Constant Contact does not allow messages to be left and I cannot find a support email on their page.

Anyway, besides not having certain formatting on one’s newsletter, is there any other items we need to configure or let Constant Contact know to reduce chance of our emails going to spam? Like verifying email domains and such?

Thank you.

Re: Preventing Being flagged as spam

Hello @FirstNameL96893,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I do apologize that we do not have support over email for security reasons.

If you want to learn more about how to stay out of the spam folder, please take a look at this helpful article explaining how to reduce spam reports. You may also Configure your Constant Contact account for DKIM and build your sending reputation by turning on Self-Authentication in your account. Thanks!
