I have an issue where I can't send out preview emails. I've tried with multiple drafts and multiple email addresses and inboxes, but nothing has worked so far. I do however, have the old template for emails, but I'm not sure if that is the issue.
Can anyone help resolve this?
Hi @Structural_Integrity. I'm sorry that you are not able to receive your preview emails. I did see that your account has been disabled which would cause test emails to not send out. For your account security, we ask that you call into our Billing department since they will be able to provide more information about why the account is disabled.
