Preview/Test not able to send

Preview/Test not able to send



I am currently working on a newsletter for a non-profit and I am sending out a Preview/Test to a .org email and they are unable to receive it.  However, when I send it to my Gmail account it works.  Does anyone have any knowledge as to why this and how to solve this issue?

We're sorry you're not receiving your test emails and we're glad you reached out so we can help. Did you already check the spam folder to see if it was possibly delivered there? If not, please send us an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com and include your username, the name of the email campaign, the email address you're sending it to, and a reference to this post so we can look into it for you.
