Price increase



It's come to our attention that we have had an increase of £20 on our monthly bill from June 2017 - although we haven't increased our mailing list size.

I don't remember receiving any communications about any price increases, please could you confirm why we are paying more in order for me to notify our finance team?

We're sorry for any confusion with the billing for your account. Please call Billing Support directly to discuss your questions and concerns in detail with a billing representative. They are available Monday - Friday, 7am - 9pm ET.
