Print Preview

Re: Print Preview

Ta-Da!  I just did it!  It was a several step process--It would still be better to have a simple "print preview" option.  But this did the job without too much hassle.  I

  1. Sent myself a test copy.
  2. Opened the e-mail and clicked on "click here" if you have trouble viewing this e-mail.
  3. When the online version opened up, I pressed Control + P then return.  Viola!  a print copy without the colored background.  Easy to mark up during proofreading.  Easy to catch typos or other language errors.  I can still go to the electronic test version to check formatting.
