Print setting - Change default Paper size "Letter" (US) to Metric "A4"

The Problem - Layout of my Campaign Template depends on choosing the destination size of the document to be printed by the recipient.

Currently the Default Paper Size is US "Letter"

the Paper Size drop down menu does NOT offer metric paper sizes (A4) as an option!!

I cannot find any support material to show me how to get around this problem.

I would have expected this to be in 'Settings'

Very frustrating.

Hello @user501128

This is currently a matter that we are aware of. If you'd like we can notify if/when this issue is fixed.

After doing a little research it looks like our current workaround is to

  • Download PDF using Letter (8.5"x11")
  • Print PDF choose A4 size
  • Choose "Fit to page" for scaling

We do apologize for this inconvenience but we hope this helps!

Hi Adelina,

I was under the impression that CC was an "international" software package.

By when will this fundamental problem be fixed, rather than a workaround?
