Constant Contact keeps telling me I don't have an installed PDF reader but I do.  It also won't let me download it.  So frustrated.

Hello @DellaC6 ,

I'm afraid I'm not able to recreate the issue in your account, each email I tested loaded up its specific PDF and image formats without issue. With this in mind, I'd advise going through standard connectivity troubleshooting, as well as seeing if there's any pending updates for Adobe or your browser(s).
