I can't seem to get through to anyone from Legal. I belong to a large corporation that hopes to use your services but I do need to ensure that our data bases are safe and not being distributed elsewhere.
I have emailed Legal three times to try and bring feedback so that we can start commencing the use of Constant Contact - unfortunately unsucessfully.
Can anyone be of assistance - I have reviewed all of your terms and conditions on the website but not really finding an answer to see how we may be covered given the new privacy laws.
