Problem with ipad app

I’m trying to create an email to send, and I’ve wasted several hours on this. I keep getting an error saying there on invalid characters, so I can’t save, and can’t send. SOOOOOOO frustrated right now. I needed to get this done 2 days ago, and I can’t find the help link, either. ARGH!


Hello @GailB01. I'm sorry that you are seeing this message when you were creating your email but we'd certainly like to look into this further for you. Usually this happens after text that has been copied and pasted into a campaign includes some coding that our system does not support. Were you copying and pasting text into your campaign before seeing the message? Please email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with a reference to this post, your username and the name of the email where you were experiencing this issue.
