Problem with sending campaign

Just sent a campaign this morning and I did not receive a single email back from the list of recipients who our "out of office", I send campaigns all the time and his is the first time ever-- I also did not the test email to my own customer service inbox -- so all that failed. It appears some were sent but given the above it also appears that many or most did not, are your servers down?
