I am finding your software difficult to use. Had I known all of it 's limitations I would have gone a different direction. I would like to speak with someone about the deficiencies such as not being able to copy paste into an email with out the formatting getting messed up and having to create a whole new template when I want to add 4 columns to an email.
Thank you for reaching out to the Community with feedback on the experience you've had with creating your email. This is definitely not how we want it to be. While we do offer the ability to add in a 4 column layout block, it sounds like your original email was created before this block was made available. This is what caused you to have to create a new template. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
As for the formatting changes in your copied text, this is usually caused by coding. Copying information from an outside source brings over coding with it that does not always display correctly. Because of this we suggest removing problematic formatting from your copied text. Here is an article in our Help Center that helps go over how to do this through a simple text editor.
