Promotions in Gmail

Hello,

We have started a new account with you and realized that your server is sending mails to Promotion section in Gmail. It is not going in Inbox

Pls sort that out else we will go with

We apologize for any confusion there may be with your email campaigns landing in the Promotions tab of your Gmail account. It is however important to point out this happens due to settings in Gmail that causes marketing and bulk emails, such as deals, offers, and other promotional messages, into the Promotions tab. Emails sent through Constant Contact typically end up here because we are an Email Service Provider (ESP). The good news is both you and your users can move your email into the Primary tab. By doing so, all future emails from you delivered to the Primary tab.

I do apologize that you are having this experience. Are your emails landing in the promotions tab or spam tab?
