Putting in a register mark.

I can't get a superscripted register ® mark into the email template. There is an explanation in this forum, but it is about a year old and no longer seems to work. Does anyone know how to do this?

Re: Putting in a register mark.

Hi there @PeterM111

Thank you for coming to the Community! At this time, our newest editor does not support those special characters. I added a Trademark Symbol for you into your draft titled: 0617_Free Shipping COPY. You can copy and paste it as needed in your campaign. You can always try copying and pasting the symbol from another source into Constant Contact, or try this link!

Re: Putting in a register mark.

Hi Hayley,

Thanks, but I find that Alt 169 does not product a register mark, instead it produces this: ⌐ . Alt 0174 does produce a register mark ®, but it is not superscripted like the TM you inserted in the email. Do you know how to produce a superscripted register mark? If I copy and paste one, the superscript does not hold.

Thanks.

Re: Putting in a register mark.

Hi @PeterM111,

It seems that the code does not necessarily translate to the text becoming superscripted in Constant Contact specifically with the registered trademark symbol. I'm really sorry about that! I will pass the feedback along for the option to superscript a symbol like this or any text and make sure you are notified when the feature is available in our editor.

Re: Putting in a register mark.

I really need to put in a registered trademark (®) symbol in my newsletter. Please provide superscript to do so. Thanks!

Re: Putting in a register mark.

Hi @EmpowerBodyCare. Since the last reply in this thread, there has been an update to our third-generation editor that allows you include superscript text. Once you insert the registered trademark symbol, you can style the text to make it appear superscripted.
