QR codes not working

I have made 3 attempts from 2 different computers, twice at 10 am and once at 3 pm, to generate a scan-to-join QR code and the system seems to be stuck

I'm sorry to hear that Scan-To-Join isn't working for you. We are aware of this and our Engineers are working on a resolution. I have created a case within your account to document that you are affected by this. Would you like us to notify you when this has been resolved?

Major event last night. Could not scan. Major disappointment.
