I see this under a contact's list of engagements. What does this mean?

- What type of inbox was the contact viewing the campaign through?
- Has the campaign been deleted?
- Were any links broken in the campaign or documents deleted?
The campaigns don't appear to be broken. Nor do the links.
This is on several of my contacts. And I don't know with what email client they are opening these.

Will I hear back from you either way? It sounds like "I will reach out to you if there are any updates" like I won't be provided a definitive reason as to what is going on.

I have another question. I searched on my Constant Contact account to find a Q&A, found this discussion forum and then opened up a link to post. I was surprised to see that I had an avatar and name already set up, as well as it appears that this discussion forum has a separate log-in.
Does Constant Contact automatically set this up for its clients? If so, how was my name and avatar selected?
The avatar is created automatically, but you can update your screen name on your account. Click here to see how. Also, you should be able to update the avatar on the Community by clicking on the picture in the top right-hand corner of the screen and selecting My profile. Thanks!
I have the same issue as @Pipper. I am awaiting the outcome of your research. I see that almost 6 months have now passed. Is there any further info on this? I have many people complaining that they do not receive my emails. One such person has same " profile.engagement.text.em_opens.undefined" for 6 years.
