I attempted to find out why I could not send an email with my new account but the chat box was unavailable.

I apologize that you were able to chat with us about your account not allowing you send. I've taken a look and it looks like your trial has expired so you would need to upgrade to a paid account. Once you've done that you'll be able to send out emails again normally! Please let us know if you have additional questions about that process.
