Dear Team,

The monthly amount we are paying at the moment is $90.
I would appreciate if you could let me know, what’s the reason for the higher payment.
As we are a non-profit with very little income we will be not able to afford this amount on a long term, so I would very much appreciate if you could inform as about alternatives.
Thank you much.

Hello @beginnningwell.org ,

It appears your contacts have been in the 5k-10k tier for a few months now, which would explain the current pricing. With that said, there's a few things you can / should do to make sure you're getting a more accurate price.

Firstly, I'd strongly recommend deleting and unsubscribing your recommended-for-removal bounces. Based on your last email, this could significantly reduce your contact tier and improve your open rate and deliverability quite a bit.

Another thing you could do to further decrease your list size, is segment out contacts who've chronically not opened your emails. You can then further manage this segment by adding it to a list, determining which contacts may still be worth keeping (such as very recent additions based on Date Added), and then deleting all the remaining non-openers and the segment list.

Another way to save a significant amount of money would be to go with a 6 or 12-month prepayment. As a non-profit, you could get 20% or 30% off respectively by going with one of these prepay setups. This can be done from within your account, but if you'd like additional guidance and insight you may wish to reach out to our Billing team directly.
