RE: Scheduled campaign didn't send

We had a campaign scheduled to send at 6:30 a.m. this morning (screenshot of scheduled time taken because this is the second time this has happened). When I was prompted to check the campaign at 9 a.m. this morning, the email was in "draft" mode once again -- as if it had never been scheduled.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I do apologize that you campaign did not send out when it was supposed to. We haven't received any other reports of this happening yet. I do recommend calling your Internet Service Provider to check if they had an outage during the time your email was supposed to send.  That could have caused your email to not save and send.
