I would like to review the different email marketing plans and their prices. We are not using as many shipments and we must reduce expenses and I want to know which one suits our current budget.
I hope someone will respond to me and send me updated prices to former customers.

There are a number of ways you can try reducing your pricing per month.
Firstly, I'd recommend deleting and unsubscribing your recommended-for-removal bounces. While your bounce rate is quite low, these small adjustments can help make sure it doesn't continue to grow and be a problem.
Another thing you could do to further decrease your list size, is segment out contacts who've chronically not opened your emails. You can then further manage this segment by adding it to a list, determining which contacts may still be worth keeping (such as very recent additions based on Date Added), and then deleting all the remaining non-openers and the segment list.
Another way to save a significant amount of money in the long run would be to go with a 6 or 12-month prepayment. You could get 10% or 15% off respectively by going with one of these prepay setups.This can be done from within your account, but if you'd like additional guidance and insight you may wish to reach out to our Billing team directly.
If you're not planning to send or publish any campaigns for a few months due to the slowdown in shipments, you may want to look into suspending your account for that amount of time. This will still maintain your contacts and campaigns, and allow you to still work within the account. You just won't be able to send / publish anything or maintain campaigns such as sign up forms or automation emails made in our system. You can speak with Billing if you're wanting to suspend.
Beyond this, you may just want to call Billing to see if they have any further insight they can offer you as far as lowering your costs for the account.
