I do apologize that you are running into this! It sounds like we may need some specific names and emails to troubleshoot this with our technical department.  To protect your contact's privacy, you will want to give our support team a call directly at 866-289-2101. They can be reached from Monday-Thursday: 6 a.m. - 8 p.m. MT or 8 a.m.- 10 p.m. ET, Friday: 6 a.m. - 7 p.m. MT or 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. ET and Saturday: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. MT or 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET. Make sure to tell the automated system that you are calling about an Event to ensure you reach the correct department.
