I recently signed up for a free trial yesterday and I get a call today that lasts 45 minutes and ends with him asking for my billing information and credit card number. After telling him NO, he didn't understand and wouldn't respectfully let me go. The call ended with me very angrily telling him to let me go and move on and he told me it was "my loss" and he hung up. I will NOT be using this company in the future due to this experience. I also want to close my free trial account ASAP but of course I have to get back on the phone in order to do so.

You don't have to worry about calling in to cancel your trial account, it will expire when the trial period ends.
