Our devs are reporting the issue as resolved across all browsers and browsing modes. If you're continuing to have issues with your contacts' addresses not displaying properly, please make sure you've cleared your browser cache and fully quit out of it before logging back in. If the issue persists after that, please make a new thread or call our general support for further troubleshooting.

Hi @Manager_Tennaqua ,

When I go into your account and view all the contacts, the email addresses are displaying correctly for me. It sounds like you may be running into some connectivity issues when trying to access the site. Let’s start with some basic connectivity troubleshooting.

Please keep in mind that when I say connectivity issues, I'm not necessarily referring to just your internet speed. There are a number of elements that can affect website connectivity and accessibility on an individual basis. The most common culprits are typically incompatible browser extensions, problematic caching or cookies that need to be cleared, or interference from an ad/pop-up blocker, VPN, or other security software erroneously trying to block elements from our site from functioning as intended. Temporarily disabling these tools, and then refreshing our site can help narrow down the source of the issues. Testing to see if the issue occurs on other browsers, in Incognito/Private mode, on other devices, or even other networks can also help narrow down the source of the problem.

If none of those alleviate the issues, please call our general support number so they can continue troubleshooting with you live. If possible, please have a screenshot of your speed test, including the More Info section, ready for the phone agent.

I have the same issue and none of the troubleshooting seemed to fix it. Email has disappeared as a column option on the contacts screen.

Our devs have pinpointed this issue to browser cookies, hence why the issue can occur on Chrome but not in Edge for one user, but then occur in Edge but not Chrome for another. They're working to get a sitewide fix done to alleviate the issue overall. In the meantime however, you can try clearing your browser's saved cookies if you're encountering this issue, to see if that alleviates it immediately for you.

When our devs have any further updates, we'll make sure to update this thread accordingly.
