Can I prevent individuals from responding to the RSVP after the event has passed?

Hello @JasonS291 ,

For events, the normal registration page will no longer be accessible once the event's end date or specified cutoff date has passed. 

For the RSVP block, the links will continue to function as normal, however the only place that would even reflect any further responses would just be in the reporting for the email that contained the block.
