I sent out an email and even though the contacts are active and coded correctly there is no record of the email being sent to them on the back end. It does not show up as being sent to them at all on the back end. No one in customer service knows why - they said it could be an issue with tags. It is many contacts that this happened to but nothing consistent between the contacts who didn't have the email sent to them. It was like it randomly omitted hundreds of contacts for no reason. They are coded and subscribed.
