I apologize for any confusion with your billing rates. I recommend calling our Billing team at the numbers listed here. They will be able to sort out why the charge has doubled. They are available 7AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday.

Customer service was kind and professional.  Claimed my contacts had gone over 500, but now at 430.  Said crediting me and going back to $20/mo.
